As a parent there isn’t a lot of time to do all the things you love anymore.
Why not try and scatter as many of these ideas throughout your day / week for a more joyful you.❤️
Dance whilst the kettle boils
Ditch the doomscrolling
Think of 3 things to be grateful for
Enjoy a self hand massage
Get rid of the joy-suckers
Add in a tiny luxury in your day
Make a date with laughter
Enjoy 5 mins of creative play
Pay yourself a compliment and mean it
Go outside for a walk in nature
I’m really trying to focus on this for the year ahead so thought others might find these ideas useful too.
