Postnatal Support
The fourth trimester is a precious window of time, a chance for you to gently recover from birth, bond with your new baby, and ease into the rhythm of your new life. It’s a period for rest, healing, and adjustment, where being nurtured and supported can make all the difference. This is your time to slow down, listen to your body, and embrace the early days of parenthood with care and compassion. Learn more about the fourth trimester in my video blog here and more about my postnatal planning offering here.
As your doula, my role is beautifully varied, because every day can bring something new. I’m here to offer the kind of support that fits your unique family, adjusting to your needs as they evolve. Whether it’s practical help, emotional reassurance, or simply a calming presence, my focus is always on you and what feels most helpful in the moment. My care is completely flexible, tailored to meet you where you are. Read more about my support as your postnatal doula here and check out my video blog to learn a little more about what can be included in a session. I will always be available by telephone, text or email throughout our relationship.
