Postnatal Planning

  • a resources library full of useful information for further reading and signposting for a variety of postpartum topics;
  • my detailed postnatal planning information booklet for you to enjoy and complete, looking at the support and plans you might want to put in place, including useful doula tips and suggestions throughout.

Journaling

“Cat was a fantastic support to our family before the baby arrived and the entire time she was with us.  A postnatal doula is a fantastic investment and I can highly recommend Cat!"

"Cat was so wonderful with our eldest which meant I could spend quality time with our new baby or take a shower.  Cat was always happy to take the baby and hush him to sleep, she also helped with washing, cooking and a little cleaning."

“There's no one else I'd like to have around me more when I've just had my baby than Cat.  She's not only fabulous with babies, but you genuinely feel that she loves you and your baby."
