Please know this: You are not the only one.

So many new mums spend long days at home wondering why nobody talks about this part — the quiet, the isolation, the feeling that the world keeps moving while yours has completely changed overnight.

Motherhood can be beautiful and deeply lonely at the same time.

You can love your baby more than anything and still miss adult conversation, your old routine, feeling like yourself, or simply being cared for too.

And none of that makes you ungrateful.

It makes you human.

You were never meant to do this alone.

Reach out to someone.

Send the message.

Join the mum group.

Ask for support.

Let someone hold you for a change.

A postnatal doula isn’t just there to help with the baby — we’re there to support you too. To listen, reassure, nourish, and remind you that you matter in this season as much as your baby does.

You deserve support.

You deserve community.

And you deserve to feel seen. 🤍
